We are excited to invite you to the firm’s New Member Academy (“NMA”). This year’s event is designed to bring together first and second year partners and equivalent lateral partners to help you transition into your new role at the firm. This academy aims to:
- Build a colleague cohort for newly and recently elected members.
- Help strengthen relationships among new and more experienced members.
- Bolster junior member skills in practice development and management.
- Discuss keys for success and best practices for cementing client relationships, pricing, and more.
- Celebrate election into the membership.
